It started with Google Ads

Google Ads is the work I know best, and it is still the core of everything we do.

But the same thing kept happening. The ads would be working. Good traffic, sales coming through, cost per lead where it should be. Then you look at the rest of the business and there is always one piece missing. A store with no abandoned cart email going out. A product page losing people at the last step. Enquiries sitting for two days before anyone phones back.

None of it was a mystery. Everybody could see it. It just came with another price tag every time, from us or from somebody else, so it never got done and the ads carried the whole business on their own.

So we rebuilt GKnown around one fee. Everything you need to be found and chosen, for one monthly price, whether you use all of it or not. No quote for every extra thing, and no cut of your ad spend.

You deal with the person doing the work, not an account manager reading out a report somebody else wrote.
